Takes forever to close ***** case

<p> I contacted Telkom mobile on the 31/05/2016 due to a ********** account that was opened on my ID. The ***** case is still not closed and due to this I have a very bad credit rating. Edgars and Truworths already cleared my name at the credit bureu. I am desperate because I cannot open any new accounts due to my poor credit rating! Thanks Telkom mobile!</p>
