Takes forever to answer the phones

Hi guys,<br> <br> Can you please phone me back as I need to log a ticket for my ADSL line to be moved from my old house to my new house. I have spend 30 minutes on the phone before you guys eventually answered the phone.<br> <br> After I told the lady what I wanted to do she said she is busy logging the ticket on her side and that she will take my new address the moment the system asks for it and put me on hold.<br> <br> Unfortunately another 7 minutes later and the phone got dropped.<br> <br> I have spent over 37 minutes on the phone trying to get a ticket logged just to get the phone line dropped.<br> <br> Please can someone phone me to log my ticket?<br> <br> Thanks,<br> Marius
