Take off from work - our technician is comming! X2
After a waiting period, Telkom finally called me to tell me they can install a Telkom ADSL line to my house.
On Wednesday 21 January 2015, Telkom advised me that a technician will install the ADSL line to my house the Friday 23 January. (Order nr***)
I took a days leave to be at home to accompany the technician and unlock.
On the Friday I spoke to 2 Telkom customer care agents who assured me that the installation will be today.
Nobody from Telkom (including a technician) contacted me further that day.
The Saturday 24 January at about noon a Telkom technician called me and said he can come to do the installation.
I told him I am out of town and we need to reschedule.

Then on Monday 26 January Telkom sent me an sms stating that a technician will install my line on 29 January. I took another days leave on the day with no Telkom technician at my house all day or any further communication from Telkom.

Now if I phone the customer care line for Telkom, after holding the line for an average of half an hour, the automated voice recording tells me that Telkom will charge unnecessary call out fees for faults reported which aren't their fault.

What about my two days unpaid leave ? ?
