TAKE OFF EXTRA SERVICES!!!
I have been asking for the Sonnet 4 package to be removed since October 2015, and Telkom have kept on ignoring! I emailed [Email Removed] [Email Removed] and and [Email Removed] countless times, and instead my bill gets higher every month! On my work number, I DO NOT want these frills. Leave me with a normal line ONLY, nothing else! I will disconnect your ADSL today and will no longer be forced to pay for services I don't want!
