Take my arrears away !!!!! AND TERMINATE THESE CONTRACTS!!!

<p>I have a complaint regarding the sick service I receive from Telkom Mobile.</p> <p>Let me start off by the beginning, in July 2015 I have opened 2 contracts with them which consists of a cellphone & a data sim card (Smartplan100 of R569 + 5gb +15gb night surfer of R199 which adds to R768 fixed no extra costs) , both of these contracts are fixed for 24months and I have the actual prove of my contracts present, on the 29th of April 2016, I have had a stop order on my bank account of R1768.00, I contacted them regarding that big amount and they admitted it was a system error and my money will be returned. My problem now is they never did what they explained to me and what they did was totally unacceptable by not returning my money and by logging cases on my name without consent.</p> <p>I had a call from these debt collectors 2weeks ago and told them I owe nobody anything and that im the one that supposed to complaint. I explained to the lawyers about this situation and they closed the case after I proved Telkom mobile wrong by providing my contracts. the lawyers told me that their billing office will call me back and reverse all the arrears on my account.</p> <p>Till today ive never received a call from Telkom ever and I would love to publish this complaint to the whole of South Africa because I have been billed for things I have no control over and my account is locked so I cant call customer service even.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can anyone help me on regard to what to do because im not going to pay money on something ive signed for and that I didn't breach</p>
