Take money with empty promises
<p>About three weeks ago i apl**** for a mobile device on Telkom 8ta online. The lady called me and quickly helped me and aswered all the questions needed for the application. I was approved and she stated that delivery of the tablet will be between 5 to 7 work days. This was about 3 weeks ago. The first installment of R299 were taken from my account as they requested and i am still waiting for delivery. No one calls me anymore. To think I wanted to apply for another device for myself. Telkom seems to be hot on adverti*****ts and by taking money. You can't complain about service because there is none.</p>
I just want to thank you for the prompt reply so that the public actually think you do have a service. Yesterday a guy named Teboho called me and was very friendly he had me believe that delivery is going to happen before 17:00 today the 8th of September 2016. Still waiting no tablet, no phone call. A very bad way to start with a contract and i thought of maybe getting a second one. I am going to stop the debit order for next month as you guys is contract breaching as for the R299 that you already took you can keep because i think Telkom needs it more than me. Don't think of adding me to itc because i am not the one to break contract i will use this in defence with my attorney.
