Take care not to order any contract through telkom

I went in store 3 weeks ago to order my cell phone contract. <br> They Informed me that the device would be there in 3 working days if I was approved. The next day I had to phone Telkom helpline as you can't get through to the store ever. I was approved and received a case number and was excited to receive my cell phone.<br> <br> 3 weeks later and many emails later they still have no stock and I was informed it may take over a month to recieve my phone. That is absolutely unacceptable!<br> I cancelled my current contract so that I would be able to port my number but now im paying high rates on pay as you go because i have no contract!!!<br> <br> I think I must cancel the contract and stay on cell c.<br> <br> Everyone out there think very carefully before you take a contract out with telkom as you will most probably not receive your phone.
