Take advantage of pensioners

My dad is a pensioner who was on the Telkom Evening and Weekender Plan for R117 p/m for some time. Telkom then migrated him to a Smartvoice plan involuntary. He now pays R199 per month. He had a pensioners rebate on the previous package but according to Telkom he does not get it on the new package. He was issued with a letter from Telkom stating that he will remain on the same prepaid service at the same cost. This is hardly true as he now pays R82 per month more. We have tried to lodge a query via telephone, webchat and in the shop in Clearwater, no one is willing or able to assist. This is only one case, I'm sure there's many other pensioners who are now being **** to by Telkom....An I bet no-one will respond to this review either.
