TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR YOUR MISTAKES

I had data contract of which I paid R159 of which I honoured every month. On the month, which was the 3 March 2025, they double debited (R363,87) me. I then called the call centre several times and spoke to serval consultants whom all confirmed that this error was with Telkom however, that they could not refund me even after they were at fault. After about a week i then reversed the funds. I then found out that I am now listed for an amount of R2041,58 since the month of March. I am more than willing to pay the funds for March, however, refuse to pay a ridiculous amount of interest for their mistake.
