Tablet for repairs for over 5 Months

I took out a contract for a Samsung tablet on 6 August 2014. Experienced problems with tablet not holding the charge and was sent handed to the Richards Bay Telkom outlet in April 2015. Tablet was returned 3 weeks later stating that it was repaired, however same problem persisted and was again handed to Telkom. I received a sms stating that my device has been deemed out of warranty and I have to pay R832.45 for the repairs which I refused to pay on the grounds that the device was not even 1 year old at that time. Numerous phone calls and e-mails have been sent to Telkom with no resolve in sight. Basically I have been paying for the device for over 5 months without use of the device. Eventually received a call on Friday, 04.09 from Ms Dladla and I requested her to return the device to me and she promised to revert by Monday, 07.09. I sent a message on Tuesday, 08.09 requesting an update and to date have not received any response. I have also requested Telkom to cancel my contract without any penalties to myself due to a breach of contract by Telkom. No response to this. I am still paying for something that I do not have. Very frustrated.
