T MGUNI - *********** call centre agent

I sent a request to cancel my contract with Telkom and they advised that they will either get a consultant to contact me or finalise the cancellation on their side. Days later, to my dismay. I call in the centre because of the various texts I have been receiving. And I apparently spoke to a T MGUNI and they retained me. Really? When? No one has spoken to me. It's sevice like this that make one want to cancel. Now I have to go through the same tedious process and request another cancellation? This is unacceptable guys.
