T Connect ****

I was called yesturday by a lady called Janine Dodgen, who falsely represented herself as calling from Telkom, selling me an ADSL package for R413/month. I called this morning to have this package cancelled, as I am well within my right to do, as this was a direct marketing offer. However on calling them they now say they cannot see my order on their system ( which I believe is a delay tactic on their side, as clearly they are a non trustworthy company) I have called Telkom, who say this is a "legit" sales provider. Get your so called service providers in line as they are damaging your already fragile reputation. I want this resolved immediately and as this is *your* service provider I expect you to deal with it.
