sytem does not accomodate partnerships (business)

Tried to apply for the LTE packages advertised on Telkom website on behalf of our company which is a partnership. An application form was e-mailed and on completing and returning for processing with supporting documentation, except for CK form, which a partnership does not have or require. We were told that the application could not be processed as the system requires a CK no. We do not want it in their personal capacity as we want it in the business. The business is to pay for the contracts. No help was offered as to how this problem can be resolved. Estelle on behalf of OPR
