System down to blacklist a ****** cellphone
I called the Telkom mobile division on 081 180 to report a ****** cellphone and for them to block the phone and on both the 2nd may 2015 and 4 May 2015 (day I was told to call back) I received the same response that their system is down and the phone cannot be blocked.
