Sworn at for no apparent reason

Got a call from the Telkom call center at 14:53 on the 09 October 2017. Unfortunately I did not hear the name of the call center agent clearly. Nevertheless the call came from the number ********** (somewhere in Capetown I assume). The call center agent was definitely a male. He proceeded to explain how I was chosen for some special deal that Telkom was offering during the month of October. He thereafter proceeded to explain what the deal was about. When he was done I politely declined the offer only to hear the guy say "your ma se........" and abruptly dropped the call. Is this really the caliber of people you employ at Telkom? Are these agents not trained? What kind of circus are you running? I expect at the absolute minimum a little bit of respect for being a client of Telkom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
