switching from current package to the UNLIMITEDhome 4Mbps

from 12 August 2017 I tried to switch to the R599 package deal on a month to month deal . I went to baywest , phone telkom sales few times , the people when I do phone doesn't know anything . went to Walmer they at least try but as soon as they put email in it fail and they have to cancel so that happened about 5 times or more. Those people send emails to supervisors to fix the problem but to date no one has done anything. I want telkom to fix it so i can get the R599 package deal .
