Switches off internet

I would like someone to explain to me, why my adsl is down when I get home and while I'm phoning Telkom, the lights turn green and everything starts working??? This is not a coincidence as its happened 5 times! I don't even need to talk to an agent. I have more not internet, than what I do. Now tell me Telkom doesn't switch it on and off?!<br> I had 2 calls open as it was down for about 2 months, then a technician worked on it remotely but nobody knows what was done. Now every second day I have to phone and then it comes on. My last fault nr was: 409ctk231015
