Switched off my line because of outstanding amount and still owing me money!!!

<p>Telkom just cut off the land line, didnt send any statement anymore. When I asked them at Bayside Center in Table View they told me the line was cut off because of outstanding amounts. So I asked how much was outstanding and they tell me actually the is a credit of 1800 Rand, which I have to claim back now. And I have to fill in forms in order to apply for a new line.
