Swim swop without my permission and without my ID or proof of resident

Good day I am Mrs Maria Leicester, ID ********** 113087,on 16 August 2017 I received an sms with a google verification code for sell number ********** 334 that is been rica onto my name and is my simcard, so then I realise somebody is busy with my simcard, so I phoned Telkom 081180 and they confirm that their was a sim swap done for this number, so I told the lady who helped me that it was not me who did the sim swap so se put a block onto the sim card and I have to provide her with a password so that no one can do it again and said I must go to Telkom store and do a sim swap again to get a new sim card. A few days their after I went to Springs Mall Telkom store and the lady who helped me their said she could see the sim swap was done in Alberton, I know who did the sim swap it was my daughter in laws mother but did not know how they could have done it without my original ID document and my proof or resident because I have to provide it to do a sim swap myself then, how can Telkom allowed that, so I need to know at what Telkom store the sim swap was done, I need to take firther actions now and need the proof because their must be video recordings in the Telkom shop as proof who did the sim swap, because it was done without my approval or knowing about it. Please I need help to solve this matter, I do not want to go further and believe and trust Telkom can help me with this information, because then I can take action againts that person and to give everything to my lauwers because we are busy with different case with the same people who did the sim swap without knowing of it, they even hack my other phones and computer and trying to get into my gmail accounts.
