Swhowmax bill on telkom cancels

I have been trying to cancel an showmax account billed trough telkem for an few months now calling telkom and waiting hours on the line but still did not mannage to cancel it on the showmax website it sed to cancel your showmax account billed trough telkom u have tonphone telkom directly to do so but when i do it they don't know how to help me they say its impossible to cancel it at telkoms site what should i do
