Suspension of services everytime they don't debit the account

Hell with Telkom 😡😡😡, i have called Telkom to update my banking details for debit order purposes. They told me it was updated however its been 4 months now fixing the one and the same thing. Every month they suspend my services when they ate the one who's not debiting the account, after calling them about this issue they promise to fix it however it has never been fixed as i kept on paying this contract to retail stores everytime they suspend it. They can GO TO HELL now am done with them.
