Suspension of Paid Account

I got debited last day of May and telkom sends me texts that I have not paid last month. Three of Telkom's consultants confirm this payment but fail to get my suspension of the account lifted. They request bank statements regardless of seeing and confirming this payment. It is frustrating getting through to anyone on their call centre line and becomes worse when you dont get service from any consultant.
