Suspension of account without cause

Telkom suspended my account for failure to change my credit limit on their side after I upgraded my contract. And yes, payment was made. Never missed any of payments to them. Of course they won’t hesitate to take their money, even if they don’t provide their service in change for that money! I have phoned 3 weeks on end and still no reinstatement. They keep on making empty promises to lift the suspension, but no luck. I can’t make or receive any calls, which is a huge inconvenience, seeing that it is the way I make an income. Highly disappointed and disgusted actually 🤬
