Suspending account on day of debit order payment

So telkom debits your account and then the very next morning they suspend you. and then it will take 5-24 hours for the suspension to be lifted. Absolutely furious. They have been f(*(&%*( around on my payment allocations for a good 4 months now. I work in an accounts department. Should I drive through and teach you payment allocations you assholes?????
