suspended with no reason

today I woke up I could not use my phone make calls or use my data thought it was due to load shedding to my surprise my account is locked I am on prepaid. called the call center took them an hour to tell me my number is suspended and I should email their ***** alert department. no explanation why it was suspended what investigation was done for them to conclude that they should indeed suspend my account the inconvenience caused today is overwhelming
