suspended telephone lines

I have been complaining to Telkom and Trudon about invoicing me for advertising on my Telkom bill.Despite complaining Trudon has on this months bill started with month 1 of 12 billing.<br> Telkom is Drudons agent and is billing you on behalf of Trudon.Despite the fact that you have a agreement Telkom and you are paying Telkom for services rendered they suspend your telephone<br> because you won't pay Trudon as they bill you for services that you have not agreed to. I must have contacted six persons at Telkom and nobody understands the urgency of this complain as their <br> Answer is simply to sort the problem out with Trudon and until such time both my businesses remains without telephones and Internet.<br> I must have spoken to seven persons at Trudon without any solution. Trudons PHONES companies and speak to any person and ask if they can place the companies details in the yellow<br> pages no amounts are mentioned and if the person has the authority to make such decisions. I am now exploring the consumer act regarding Telkom stance on this matter, unauthorised<br> Billing and loss of income. I also will persue the issue of electronic contracts. I have businesses that are loosing sales!!!
