Suspended sim card. Unable to do a sim swap 3 full weeks

Bad bad bad, I just got my phone ******. All I need is my sim swap. They suspended the sim card first without my knowledge. I can't do a sim swap since two weeks back. They kept debiting my account after I had cancelled and closed as I thought my account with them. It's just a **** of a business. I can unsuspend my sim card. Everyone has no idea of what to do. They do not have a resolution to fixing their systems. It's bad and frustrating. I'm still waiting for my account to be unsuspend. I can't do a sim swap. It's a lot.
