Suspended service

I don't even know where to start, most *********** company I have ever dealt with. My service is suspended due to non payment or this is what Telkom says and this after the debit order payment went off more than a week ago. However still every second day I get a sms saying I need to make payment. I have spoken to 3 agents all confirming my payment was received, I went to a branch to submit bank statements showing that you were the 1st people to debit when my salary dropped and still I am getting harassed by sms saying i need to make payments. I am disgusted in your billing team and the company as a whole for that matter. Horrible customer service, just overall horrible service received from Telkom.
