Suspended service

My service was suspended for non payment of which the money was deducted from my bank account last week Friday of which they did not deduct the full amount because of their certain daily limits, I went a do the remaining payments but still my line has been suspended I don't know how many times I have called them for assistance but I am not winning my line is still being suspended they always tell me they still need to update the system
