Suspended Phone even after 3 times fee deducted

Phone blocked even after payments, even though they debited 3 times my usual fee. I have been with telkom for the past 6 years, now my phone has been suspended since the 1st of this month, my usual fee is 359 they deducted 936 and still blocked my phone, today is the 17th I still can't use the service im paying for, when I call the lady tells me the funds are not yet allocated to my account? 17 days later still not allocated? I'm so mad at telkom, I sent them a mail they didn't even bother to respond
