Suspended my dsl and landline? ***?

<p>I sent in my cancellation form for my landline 29/02/2016 and it was never disconnected. I kept being billed and I then sent in a Hellopeter complaint. Nothing was done about this. Nobody contacted me and nobody disconnected my line. Today I got an sms from Telkom stating my line has been suspended, and now my dsl line has gone too. I am absolutely livid. I work online.</p> <p>Sort this out now please, not 48 hours like your sms says. This is just not acceptable at all. I want my landline disconnected and credit notes sent to me and I want my dsl line connected again. This is disgusting service from Telkom, once again.</p>
