Suspended my account without any reason

<p>Telkom suspended my account without any reason and when I follow up with their customer services I was provided with one of the poorest services in my entire life. The lady at Customer Services promised that they will respond to me but a week has passed on without any word from Telkom. I feel undermined and being disrespected by Telkom cause I have never defaulted on any payments on my account. The fact that they don't bother responding to my case shows that they care about their customers.</p>
