Suspended my account but payment was taken as a debit order for this month

I just got woken up by an sms saying my account is suspended because I didn't make payment!!! That time, money was taken from my account for this month but all of a sudden I'm kicked out of my account even though I paid for the service. Using telkom is literally the worst nightmare, especially with the service/network loss whenever but suspending a paid account is ridiculous. I need my account for work! I cannot work without having service. Can yall fix this as soon as possible
