Suspended lines even though you paid.

Please help me report the issue of my number being suspended even though I have made payment instead they say it not reflecting when I call and going to branches I have emailed several egents the prove of payment but still I have not received any response every day a new agent will advise me to send prove of payment n all the payments details pity they don't respond. First it was RORISANG SEYORBA AND CELEZ@TELKOM ZAMA THEY NEVER HELPED IT BEEN TWO WEEKS MY LINES ARE CLOSED. PLEASE USE MY EMAIL *** for further assistance. Thank you
