Suspended line cannot be cancelled but bill keeps growing

I'm highly frustrated as I'm unable to afford the telkom bill and unable to cancel the contract but I'm being charged for rental services monthly that have been suspended. Can someone please stop the charges and make an arrangement with me to pay the bill as-is I'm not able to afford but the bill keeps growing.
