Suspended line

I get to work I try to use my work line only to find that both my lines have been suspended,I loaded airtime on the phones just yesterday today they tell me my numbers are **********，I asked to speak to the manager the manager is "too busy" to talk to me,I must wait for them to call me in the meantime my business must wait for the manager to finish whatever,Noxolo Mbatha that I spoke to couldn't do her level best to assist me she sounded as if she's bored, only God knows when the manager will decide to talk to me... Right now I'm seating waiting on them,my clients are waiting for my call... Talk about incompetence
