Suspended for R4.65

My account was R454.65. I paid R450, my line was suspended for R4.65. I paid the R5 and 48hours later my line is still suspended.....I call 10210 and I get sent from pillar to post. R450 was paid 06/09 and R5.00 10/09 and today 13/09 I still don't have service reactivated,......
