Suspended for no reason!!

You don’t even deserve that one star , your are the worst service provider and your agents don’t seem to care or show that they want to assist all they good at is telling your that there is nothing they can do or their system are slow. I spoke to Thembisile today the whole call I was on hold she does not even update you as to what she’s doing there is dead air on the call, then spoke to Zuziwe she had the nerve to tell me “she’s not Telkom and does not know how Telkom management thinks” unbelievable!! That was so pathetic I must say. Please restore my services otherwise I’ll take this to higher authority and stop being a ****!!
