Suspended conract without reason
I have two contact numbers that have been terminated without notice or reason by Telkom. One being a mobile and other a business land line. When I inquired in store they said it was a billing issue but later found it was not the problem and that my account is up to date. When I called the call center I was told that they are not sure why both contracts were terminated, Ref: ********** 9 for call but still no feedback and am without a phone 3 days later. Please help!
