Suspended accouny

We have been a business client for 10 years and have never faulted on our account. No account was submitted for April and May 2020. On the 8th June 2020 we paid R730.35. We only received the June 2020 account on the 20 July where we noticed a substantial amount in arrears. We then paid the balance upon the receiving the account only to have our account suspended on the 21 July. Please can someone get back to us to resolve this.
