SUSPENDED ACCOUNT YET ACCOUNT UP TO DATE

I have been a customer to telkom and missed payment in December and paid the outstanding amount, they debited from my account on the 15 Feb the amount due for end of Feb todate my account is still suspended, I have been calling Telkom with no Luck and am told my account is with collections, I need the collections to call me because I am told collections hasnt allocated the money that was debited. I need someone or manager to call me in order for this to be sorted. its been 2 months with a suspended phone yet I dont owe HELLKOM ANY MONEY. taking a contract with telkom has been my biggest regret I keep hearing people complaining about I gave them the benefit of the doubt. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ****ED UP BILLING DEPARTMENT.
