suspended account process needs to be improved

So today I call in and get my account restored after suspension, event though the funds have been received by collections department, my services cannot be restored? I have to wait 7 days for the process to complete and my number to be reactivated. In the meantime I cannot process any payment because I do not receive the OTP to approve banking massages as my Sim is blocked. What do I do now? I am very disappointed and not pleased with this outcome at all.
