Suspended Account

Telkom is literally the worse service provider in this country. Apparently they have a credit limit they put on me (that they never told me about) then sold me products more than my limit.

Now they've suspended my account and expect me to use their app to increase my limit with no SIM or WiFi.

There is no one of use to speak to. The whole experience is frustrating. I'll never recommend Telkom again.
