Suspended account

Hi I recive this morning sms what my account been suspended cause I owe them 1960.87 rand , which is can't be at all, first of all my line is for tel number *** is overlooking by Afrihost and my contract with them together with internet and telcom line just under 500 rand , and I have a debit order which coming in beginning of every month so it not possible what I owe them such an amount , I want they cansel suspension and put switch my line back imidiatly it's bussines line and I need that internet for my shop , very pist of .
