Suspended account

I have been paying my account by debit order from the beginning,now telkom told me there is outstanding amount that was outstanding which is R800, my account was blocked, then I decided to pay that money 7days ago but still my number is blocked. I spoke to more than 5reps,no one was able to resolve my problem, I can't believe what bad service telkom is giving to me, can someone help.
