suspend my line sms even though i am paid in full

<p>I am so sick and tired of telkom and their bad service! I received a sms that my line will be suspended due to non paument. My account is paid in full but the system does not pick up the payment that was done about 4 weeks ago. But now according to them i have to pay the amount for end of the month due now. I have phoned the call centre twice and everytime they said they did give trough as urgent to finance dept. Just stay away from telkom will save you alot of trouble and stress!</p>
