Suspend fibre but paid it but they take forever to swotch ot back on and its almost a week

The suspend my fibreine for R 63.00 beacuse ive reach my credit limit they didnt send messages to tell me or anything and i pay on time evertime

So ive paid it but my fibre atill off and its been a few days already

Its like they are fast to susppend your account but when you pay they take forever and that not right ive alo paid extra like the money o owe this monnt and extra but still im off it shows they owe me bit they cant put me one like realy

Its like they can switch you off but when tou pay they want to take forever to do there work and i work from home sometimes and nees the i internet for work so i can get money in also but they just dont want to work they only work hard when they suspend tour account but wont work to swotch it on
