Suspend Account While I paid
End September I put in a request for account change for debits as I changed my banking details. End of October I financed the old account as I saw the date I had requested the change was after the 15th. End of October the money was deducted on my old account which, made sense. Now end of November they went to the old account for debit, which had money. I called in on the 3rd of December querying this and I spoke to Lindiwe Nompilo Duma, who told my banking details have never been changed according to their records, I requested their account details so I could pay, I even asked her if I should keep my proof of payment and she said no because it would appear on their system within 48 hours. She emailed the info and I paid( app transfer Capitec) the same day. I kept on getting calls and sms threatening to suspend my account. Then I called in again on the 11th I spoke to Brandon Mvune who requested me to send proof of payment, which I was initial told not to keep by Nompilo. Brandon told me he can only escalate my issue once he has received that, Isent it o him within 5 minutes of ending the call. On the 12th I woke to both my lines suspended, I called in and spoke to Dipou who asked me send the proof of payment thata I had sent to Brandon the previous day. Told her if my lines are cut, I have no internet and she told me to go to an internet cafe and pay for the services that I am already paying for at Telkom. She siad she would contact Brandon and find out what had happened. I called in later that day I spoke to Lindelwa, who asked me to send proof of payment yet again. I told her the same thing I told Dipou, she then told me she would speak to Brandon, the she came back and told ame Brandon got too busy and forgot to escalate my matter. The yesterday I received an sms with my case number, I called in again today to do follow up, and spoke to Thando who told that my case was only reported yesterday and that he would escalate it.....
What I am trying to figure out was what the F@#k was Brandon doing all along? I still have no lines active
