5stars to Joel Nawa for great service. I cane into the branch in a bad mood because thia issue with enails occurred now for the 3rd time. Previously, when phoning in to the call centre, it took them a while to understand the problem and then another 24 hours before it would be fixed Joel turned my nood arround with a grwat attitude and by fixing the issue while I was in the branch. Thank you Joel.
