SURPRISE SURPRISE - still no service

OH MY WORD!!!

Up until today, NO feedback has been given regarding the upgrade to my contract nor the charges to my account after speaking with Samantha and her promising me feedback.

It's actually become such a norm to receive such pathetic service that it is the great service that bowls us over.

What's that saying - Hell will probably freeze over before that happens by the rate at which service is delivered by Telkom.
